These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Divi Open Graph WordPress plugin ("Plugin") purchased through the Elegant Themes Marketplace. By purchasing, downloading, or using the Plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are between you (the "Customer") and Abd Ur Rehman (the "Creator," "we," "us"). Elegant Themes, Inc. is the provider of the marketplace platform, but we are the seller of the Plugin.

1. Plugin License

GPLv2 License: The Divi Open Graph Plugin and all its parts, including PHP, JavaScript, CSS, and image files, are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2.0 or later. This is in accordance with the Elegant Themes Marketplace requirements.

License Usage: Your purchase from the Elegant Themes Marketplace grants you a license to use the Plugin in accordance with the terms set by Elegant Themes (e.g., use on sites covered by your Elegant Themes membership).

2. Plugin Updates and Support

Updates: We will provide automatic updates for the Plugin to all customers who have an active Elegant Themes membership.

Support: We are solely responsible for providing technical support for the Plugin. Support is provided for issues directly related to the Plugin's features and functionality. We do not provide support for issues arising from third-party plugins, your theme (other than Divi), or customizations made to the Plugin's code.

3. Payments and Refunds

Payments: All payments for the Plugin are processed directly and securely by Elegant Themes, Inc. through their Marketplace. We do not process or store your payment information.

Refund Policy: All refunds are handled exclusively by Elegant Themes in accordance with their 30-day refund policy. As a customer, you must contact Elegant Themes support directly to request a refund. We are bound by their decision on all refunds.

4. Warranty and Liability

No Warranty: The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the Plugin will be error-free, that it will work with all third-party plugins, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Abd Ur Rehman be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or losses that result from the use of, or inability to use, the Plugin.

5. Intellectual Property

The Plugin, its branding, and its logos are the intellectual property of Abd Ur Rehman. While the Plugin's code is licensed under the GPL, all rights to our branding and trademarks are reserved.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
